What is Mommy Treats?
Mommy Treats is the Philippine’s pioneer in baking treats that help increase a nursing mom’s milk supply. As the country's first in this industry, we've strived these past 7 years to make breastfeeding fun (and yummy!) with our delectable baked goodies.
We've also expanded into baking prenatal treats that give expecting moms the added boost in folate, iron, calcium, fiber, and antioxidants.
Our lactation and prenatal treats are all-natural, pharmaceutical-free, preservative-free, and always sprinkled with love and hope for you and your baby’s breastfeeding journey.
What are Mommy Treats’ products?
We bake lactation cookies, lactation muffin bites, lactation cupcake bites, and lactation brownies. The variety is amazing, you can even choose to have a different treat/flavor every day!
You’ll be happy to know that we also added lactation chocolate spoons in our list of milk-increasing goodies! Just stir in a mug of hot water/milk/coffee and you’ll have you’re very own lactation drink! Lactation snacks AND DRINKS? You read it right! Only at Mommy Treats!
And just when you think that we've stopped there, we listened to your requests and ventured further into providing breastfeeding moms more choices to snack on such as our lactation macarons, lactation choco crisps, and - our latest, and world's first! - lactation ice cream!
“Lactation” treats? Does that mean it’s made of breast milk?
Funny one! But no, our treats are NOT made of breast milk. We save those for our babies!

My hubby and children like to eat them too! Will they also start lactating?
As much as we moms would love the thought of having our hubbies help out with the breastfeeding, Mommy Treats is made of all-natural and non-pharmaceutical ingredients that will not cause non-lactating individuals to start leaking milk (whew!). If anything, you’ll be giving them a healthy snack option with all the added fiber, omega-3, antioxidants, iron, etc. that our treats contain! Just make sure they leave some for you!
How soon will I see changes in my milk supply?
Mommies who ate them saw changes in milk quantity and, even, quality (thicker, creamier milk!) within 2 to 4 days of eating Mommy Treats daily! How exciting is that?
But remember mommies, though Mommy Treats is your partner in your breastfeeding journey, our treats shouldn’t be treated as a magic solution for low milk-supply concerns.
We always remind mommies that milk production is about demand and supply. In order to have a long-term solution to your low milk-supply, you should also frequently direct feed or express your milk (via hand expression or a breast pump). The more you/your baby “drain” the milk your body produces, the more your body will produce because the increase in feeding/expression serves as a signal to your body saying “Hey body, we need more milk here!”. Reversely, if we don’t often drain the milk our body produces, our milk-supply will adjust to the low frequency of feeding/expression by not producing as much milk. Not frequently direct feeding or expressing milk is like saying to our body “Don’t make so much milk. We don’t need that much!”.

Will it also increase my weight?
I first baked these lactation treats for myself during the time I was aiming to lose my pregnancy weight. With that goal in mind, I made sure that the recipes I used were not the typical butter- and sugar-filled ones.
I wanted to increase my milk supply, not my weight!
Mommy Treats is definitely a better choice for us (always hungry) breastfeeding moms than grabbing snacks that may contain preservatives and/or high amounts of sugar/fat/salt!
Just remember that, like with any type of food, it is best that we eat in moderation and that we follow the recommended dietary intake for our body type.
How many treats are there in an order?
We offer our treats in weekly supplies. Most of them are packed in daily-serving packs to make it easy to keep track of your intake. Each daily serving has 6 regular cookies or 2 super momma cookies or 3 muffin/cupcake bites or 1 brownie or 1 macaron or 2-3 clusters of choco crisps or ⅓ pint of ice cream
These quantities are enough to provide you with a significant amount of milk supply boosters (galactagogues) while keeping each daily serving below 150 calories* 🙂

Can I eat more than 1 serving?
Though we recommend that you eat a pack a day, good news is you can still choose to eat as much Mommy Treats as you want! Don’t worry, no one will judge you. Truth be told, I eat 3-4 packs a day (Shhhh!). They’re just so hard to resist! Even if I bake them everyday!
Just remember to consider your daily calorie and nutritional goals!
I’m allergic to eggs and nuts. I’m also not fond of raisins. Will you make a special batch for me?
