Our treats are all-natural and preservative-free so they may not have the same shelf-life as commercial food items. Enclosed in each order are detailed instructions on how to properly store and reheat your Mommy Treats. Please contact us if you cannot find the aforementioned information sheet so we can send you one via text message or email. As we cannot control how the treats are stored once they arrive at your home, please be reminded that we cannot replace your Mommy Treats after 3 days of receiving them.
Mommy Treats is not liable for any damage caused by shipping (both within and outside metro manila). Rest assured that we make sure that the couriers are informed about the sensitive nature of your order’s contents. For any complaints/concerns on shipping/handling, we will gladly assist you by endorsing your concern to the responsible courier’s customer representative.
We look over quality control of your Mommy Treats before they leave our doorstep but just in case you find any problem with your Mommy Treats, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can see what we can do.
